About
For teens and adults, I am a good fit and offer a safe and empathetic space for you to feel comfortable "opening up," and to support you as you make things in your life better. I enjoy listening and learning about each person's unique realities and perspectives. I am honored to be allowed to share in your thoughts, ideas, and issues. Together, we can sort through your life's stressors and then problem solve so you have some concrete take-aways while also engaging in grounding work and self-exploration.
I work closely with clients who experience anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and trauma. I hope to be a companion who can help you through your difficult times and celebrate in your best moments. I utilize different forms of therapy to fit your needs, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic talk therapy.
All of us who work in the helping professions wish we had the answers to solve your problems....we don't. However, if you are personally motivated to find a fix for the issues that get in your way, I am here to support your journey with an open mind, a helping heart, and some concrete skills to teach and help you to implement.
