Amy is a highly experienced and skilled nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping her patients achieve mental wellness. She will work alongside our therapists to provide comprehensive mental health care to our clients.
Amy's professional journey began in pediatric nursing, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities of family dynamics and their impact on mental well-being. She soon realized that mental health is the cornerstone of holistic well-being and that it is often overlooked in primary family care.
Amy transitioned to family medicine, where she continued to develop her expertise in mental health care. Today, her areas of expertise lie in adolescent and adult psychiatric care, specializing in treating depressive disorders, anxiety, and attention deficit issues.
Amy is a firm believer in a collaborative approach to treatment. She believes that there is no one-size-fits-all solution in mental health and that it is essential that each patient feels comfortable and empowered in their journey toward healing. She works side by side with her patients, ensuring that they are an active part of their treatment plan.
